You'll know the price and the timeline before anything starts printing. Here's what to have ready, and what happens after you get your quote.

Send us your model file or link. We'll send you a price and a date before anything prints.

We print it

Your part is printed, checked for quality, and cleaned up with supports removed.

Before you send it

What to have ready

STL and 3MF files are ideal, and we can also work with STEP and OBJ. Links to models on Printables, Thingiverse, or MakerWorld work too.

You need to own the design or have a license that lets a shop print it for you. We check the license on any model link you send.

Put your due date in the quote form so your quote can include a ready date that works for you.

We can design one from a sketch, photo, or measurements as a Custom print.

After your quote

Your order starts when you approve the quote. Quotes are good for 30 days.

Payment is due when you pick up your print. Larger jobs may need payment up front, and Idaho sales tax may be added.

We'll let you know when your print is ready. Orders not picked up within 30 days may be recycled.

If a print fails because of a problem on our end, tell us within 7 days of pickup and we'll reprint or refund it.
