Rexburg 3D Prints ("we", "us") is a local 3D printing service operated by StratusCube.dev in Rexburg. This policy explains how we handle information from this website and from quote requests.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit our contact or quote form, we receive what you choose to send: your name, email address, project details, deadline, any model links, and any files or photos you send us in follow-up email once we reply.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we collect basic technical and usage information such as pages visited, referring site, browser type, device type, and approximate region. We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics for this. Google Analytics runs in a consent-aware mode and does not set analytics cookies until you accept them.
How we use your information
- To prepare and send you a quote, and to answer your questions.
- To schedule, print, and hand off your order.
- To keep records of work performed, including for billing and warranty questions.
- To understand which pages of this site are useful and improve them.
- To detect and prevent spam and abuse of our forms.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not share your 3D models or project details with anyone outside our printing operation.
- We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Your 3D models and files
Files and model links you send are used only to quote and produce your print. We keep them while your job is active and for a reasonable period afterward in case you order a reprint, and we delete them on request. We do not resell, redistribute, or publish your designs. If we would like to photograph a finished print for our social media, we will ask you first.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of third parties to run this site and process quote requests. These include our web host (Vercel), form processing and email delivery via Google (Google Apps Script and Gmail), and analytics providers as described above. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small amount of browser storage to remember your cookie preference. Google Analytics starts with analytics storage denied; if you choose "Accept All Cookies" in our banner, analytics cookies are enabled. You can change your mind at any time by selecting "Cookie Notice" in the footer, which clears your saved preference and shows the banner again. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
Quote requests and related correspondence are retained as long as needed for our records, typically no more than a few years. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through our contact form and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Orders for school-age students should be placed by a parent, teacher, or guardian.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
