Terms of Service
Terms of service
The rules that apply when you use this site and when we print something for you.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Rexburg 3D Prints website and any 3D printing work we perform for you. Rexburg 3D Prints is a service of StratusCube.dev, based in Rexburg. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Quotes and orders
- Quotes are free and are based on the files, links, and details you provide.
- A quote is an estimate, not a contract. If the model turns out to need significant repair, supports, or reorientation that changes the cost or timeline, we will tell you before proceeding.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- An order begins when you approve a quote. We may require payment up front for larger jobs.
Your files and your rights
You are responsible for having the right to print what you send us. By submitting a file or model link, you confirm that you own the design, have a license that permits printing, or otherwise have permission from the rights holder.
We may decline any job at our discretion, including jobs that appear to infringe someone else's intellectual property, that are unsafe, that involve weapons or weapon components, or that we are not equipped to print well. If we decline a job after payment, we will refund it.
What 3D printing can and cannot do
3D printed parts are made by fusing plastic layer by layer. This means:
- Parts are stronger along a layer than across layers, and can split along layer lines under load.
- Visible layer lines, minor surface marks, and support witness marks are normal.
- Dimensional accuracy is typically within a fraction of a millimeter but varies with material, geometry, and part size. Tell us up front if a dimension is critical.
- Colors vary between filament batches, and an exact color match is not guaranteed.
- Standard filaments soften with heat. PLA in particular should not be left in a hot car or used near heat sources.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, prints are supplied for general, non-critical use. They are not certified for medical, structural, automotive safety, aerospace, food-contact, or other safety-critical applications.
Turnaround, pickup, and delivery
Turnaround estimates are given in good faith and depend on print queue, part size, and material. Most small and medium prints are ready within a few days. Local pickup in Rexburg is available for all orders. Delivery elsewhere in Madison County and Southeast Idaho may be available by arrangement and may carry a fee.
Finished orders not picked up within 30 days of notification may be disposed of or recycled, and payments for them are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment is due at pickup unless we agree otherwise. Prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. Applicable Idaho sales tax may be added.
Reprints and refunds
If a print fails because of a problem on our end (a failed print, an obvious defect, or a deviation from the approved quote), tell us within 7 days of pickup and we will reprint it or refund it. We are not responsible for problems caused by the model itself, including errors in a design you supplied or chose, nor for results that differ from expectations we were not told about. Custom and personalized items are otherwise non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, missed deadlines, or damage resulting from the use of a printed part.
Website use
The content of this site, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. Do not use our forms to send spam, malware, or unlawful content. This site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Madison County, Idaho.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you approve a quote is the version that applies to that order.
